UNV IPC3614LB-AF28K-DL is an entry-level Uniview Easy series fixed turret network camera designed for clear monitoring in low-light conditions. It supports 4 MP maximum resolution using a 1/3.0″ CMOS sensor, delivering up to 2560 × 1440 at up to 25 fps, with additional support for 3 MP and 1080P modes. For night visibility, it features ColorHunter technology with dual light illumination: Smart IR for infrared lighting and Warm Light for warm illumination, both up to 30 m. The camera uses an IR-cut filter with auto switch (ICR) for day/night switching. Additional imaging tools include 2D/3D DNR (digital noise reduction) and DWDR (noted as DWDR).

For flexible installation and recording, the camera includes a built-in mic, supports MicroSD storage up to 512 GB, and offers network storage options including ANR and NAS (NFS). It supports PoE power supply and DC 12 V±25%. Built for outdoor durability, the camera provides IP67 protection and includes a 2.8 mm fixed lens for wide coverage. Video compression options include Ultra 265, H.265, H.264, and MJPEG, along with Ultra 265 compatibility for efficient streaming.
