Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2AE4215ITG is a 2MP analogue PTZ (Turbo HD) dome camera designed for wide-area surveillance with high-quality imaging and strong night performance. It uses a 1/2.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor with a maximum resolution of 1920 × 1080, providing clear detail for monitoring zones of interest. The camera supports a color low-light mode using Hikvision’s powered-by-DarkFighter technology, enabling improved visibility in very low illumination. For scenes with challenging contrast, it includes ≥120 dB WDR technology to help maintain image clarity against strong back lighting.
For day and night monitoring, the camera features an IR cut filter and an integrated IR illuminator with a range of up to 100 m, supporting safe long-distance detection at night. Pan and tilt capability includes 360° endless pan rotation and tilt from -15° to 90° with auto flip, allowing flexible coverage. Motion control is supported with adjustable pan/tilt speeds and proportional pan rotation linked to zoom multiples.
The DS-2AE4215ITG is equipped with 15× optical zoom (16× digital) and offers up to 256 presets, plus patrol, pattern scan, and one-touch patrol options. For reliability outdoors, it is rated IP66 with lightning and surge protection, making it suitable for demanding installation environments.
