Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2AE4425ITG is an analog PTZ dome camera designed for high-detail long-distance monitoring. It delivers up to 4MP (2560 × 1440) resolution using a 1/2.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor. For challenging scenes, the camera supports wide dynamic range with WDR of at least 120 dB to help maintain visibility in high-contrast lighting conditions.
For night operation, the camera features Powered-by-DarkFighter technology for excellent low-light performance and an integrated IR illuminator. The IR range is up to 100 m, helping extend safe perimeter viewing after dark. The day/night performance is supported by an IR cut filter with zero lux operation when using IR.
PTZ control includes 360° endless pan movement and tilt movement from -15° to 90° with auto flip. Users can store 256 presets and configure patrol and pattern scans for automated monitoring. Additional functionality includes preset freezing, park actions (such as preset/patrol/pattern and day/night modes), scheduled tasks, and power-off memory.
The DS-2AE4425ITG also includes advanced image enhancements such as BLC, HLC, and 3D DNR, plus privacy masking with 8 programmable masks. Built for outdoor use, it has an IP66 weather rating and supports protection features such as surge and voltage transient protection and TVS 4000 V lightning protection. The camera operates on 12 VDC with a maximum power of 20 W.
