Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2CD2143G2-LIPTRZ(S2U)Y is a 4 MP AcuSense PTZ dome network camera built for versatile day and night surveillance. It features motorized Pan/Tilt/Rotate with Zoom, making it easier to install and monitor wide areas while maintaining target focus. The camera uses a varifocal motorized lens with a 2.8 to 4 mm range and supports remote lens adjustment.
For image quality, the camera provides true 120 dB WDR to help maintain detail in challenging lighting conditions, along with 3D DNR, BLC and HLC. Deep-learning based AcuSense features support person and vehicle classification, and perimeter protection functions such as line crossing, intrusion, and region entrance/exit—helping reduce false alarms.
Smart hybrid lighting includes supplemental illumination modes: Smart Mode, IR Mode, and White Light Mode, with an IR wavelength of 850 nm and an illuminator range up to 30 m. Audio support is available for the -2U variant (mono sound and arrayed dual-mic). The camera uses efficient H.265+ compression to help optimize bandwidth while supporting multiple video streams.
Designed for harsh environments, the housing is IP67 and IK10 rated, with anti-corrosion protection (NEMA 4X). The camera also supports network storage options and ONVIF interoperability, and includes built-in microSD storage up to 512 GB.
