Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2CD2146G3-IPTRZS2UY is a 4MP AcuSense PTZ dome network camera designed for reliable long-distance monitoring with motorized Pan/Tilt/Rotate and Zoom (PTRZ). It supports 2688 × 1520 maximum resolution for clear detail and is optimized for challenging lighting conditions with true 130 dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR), helping maintain image clarity against strong back light. The camera is powered by DarkFighter technology for excellent low-illumination performance, and includes IR illumination with a supplement light range up to 30 meters.
For intelligent detection, the camera uses deep learning–based Person and Vehicle classification, enabling event triggering for motion detection (including specified target types such as human and vehicle) and supporting perimeter protection features like line crossing, intrusion, and region entrance/exit. The AcuSense functions help reduce false alarms by focusing on relevant targets.
Video compression is handled efficiently through H.265+ technology (and H.265/H.264 options), providing bandwidth-friendly streaming with configurable bitrates. For audio monitoring, the -2U variant includes arrayed dual microphones (mono sound). The unit is built for demanding environments with IP67 weather resistance, IK10 vandal resistance, and NEMA 4X anti-corrosion design, making it suitable for indoor/outdoor installations. With efficient network features, on-board microSD support up to 512GB, and broad compatibility with major client platforms, this PTZ dome camera is built for scalable security deployments.
