Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2CD2346G3-IZ(2U)Y is a 4 MP AcuSense motorized varifocal turret network camera designed for clear imaging in both day and night conditions. It uses a 1/3″ progressive scan CMOS sensor with a maximum resolution of 2688 × 1520 for high-detail monitoring. The motorized varifocal lens supports 2.8 to 4 mm for flexible framing, with horizontal fields of view of 99.3° (2.8 mm) and 80.0° (4 mm).
For low-light performance, this model is Powered by DarkFighter and includes an IR illuminator (850 nm) with smart supplement lighting, providing an IR range up to 30 m. Day and night operation is supported with an IR cut filter.
The camera includes AcuSense deep-learning capabilities to classify human and vehicle targets, helping reduce false alarms when paired with motion detection and smart event functions. Audio support is included with arrayed dual microphones, providing crystal-clear mono sound.
With IP67 water and dust resistance and an anti-corrosion design (NEMA 4X, moderate protection), the camera is suitable for outdoor installations. The turret design also supports full pan rotation (0° to 360°) with tilt up to 75°, plus 3 programmable polygon privacy masks. Network features include ONVIF support and built-in microSD storage (up to 512 GB) with security features such as HTTPS/TLS encryption and security audit logging.
