Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2CD2683G2-IZS is an 8MP AcuSense motorized varifocal bullet network camera designed for accurate, efficient detection. It uses a 1/2.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor to deliver up to 3840 × 2160 resolution, with strong performance in challenging lighting thanks to 120 dB true WDR. For flexible installation and ongoing monitoring, the camera features a motorized varifocal lens with a 2.8 to 12 mm focal length, providing adjustable viewing angles and smooth field-of-view setup.
Powered by Hikvision AcuSense deep learning algorithms, the system focuses on human and vehicle targets classification. This reduces false alarms and improves alarm efficiency across front- and back-end devices. The camera supports IR illumination with a smart IR function (850 nm), enabling night monitoring up to 60 m. Audio and alarm interfaces are included for integration with external devices.
For efficient recording and bandwidth usage, the camera supports H.265+ compression technology. It also supports multiple streaming options (main/sub/third stream) for different use cases, along with ROI capability to optimize encoding in selected areas.
