Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2CD2686G2-IZS is an 8MP AcuSense powered-by-DarkFighter motorized varifocal bullet network camera designed for accurate detection and reliable monitoring in challenging lighting. It uses a 1/1.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor and delivers up to 3840 × 2160 (8MP) maximum resolution. For flexibility during installation and ongoing field adjustments, the camera features a motorized varifocal lens with a focal length of 2.8 to 12 mm, providing a wide-to-tele viewing range.
To improve image clarity, the camera supports 120 dB true WDR for strong backlight scenes and offers advanced image enhancement functions including BLC, HLC, and 3D DNR. Low-light performance is enhanced by powered-by-DarkFighter technology and an IR illuminator with a stated range up to 60 m at 850 nm wavelength.
AcuSense deep learning functionality focuses on human and vehicle targets, improving alarm efficiency by classifying relevant events. The camera includes event capabilities such as motion detection (human and vehicle targets classification), video tampering alarms, line crossing detection, intrusion detection, and region entrance/exit detection. It also supports face capture.
For efficient bandwidth usage, the camera supports H.265+ compression. Connectivity and integration include Open Network Video Interface (PROFILE S/G/T), ISAPI, SDK, and standard network protocols, with simultaneous live view up to 6 channels. Audio and alarm interfaces are available, and the unit is built with IP66 weather resistance and IK10 vandal resistance.
