The Hikvision DS-2CD2686G2H-IZS2U/S(L)(RB) is an 8MP AcuSense motorized bullet network camera designed for real-time perimeter security and active deterrence. It uses a 1/1.8-inch progressive scan CMOS sensor with a maximum resolution of 3840×2160, delivering clear, detailed images for monitoring entrances and approaches. The camera supports 120 dB Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) to help maintain image clarity against strong back light, while H.265+ compression improves storage and bandwidth efficiency.
For flexible installation and convenient monitoring, it features a motorized varifocal lens (2.8 to 12 mm) with 0° to 360° pan and 0° to 90° tilt adjustment. Deep-learning based classification supports human and vehicle identification, and perimeter protection functions include line crossing, intrusion, and region entrance/exit behaviors.
To actively warn intruders, the camera includes an integrated strobe light and an audible alarm, which can be triggered through event linkage such as motion detection and smart events. Real-time security is enhanced with built-in two-way audio using an arrayed dual-microphone and line I/O/line out support. The camera also provides video tampering detection and exception events.
Built for harsh environments, it is rated IP67 for water and dust resistance and IK10 for vandal resistance, making it suitable for outdoor installations. Network features include ONVIF support and live view, plus optional microSD onboard storage up to 512 GB.
