Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2CD2D25G1-D/NF is a 2 MP mini IP network camera designed for clear, efficient video capture. It uses a 1/2.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor with a maximum resolution of 1920 × 1080. To support bandwidth-efficient recording and streaming, the camera provides H.265/H.264 compression, with scalable video coding (SVC) and bitrate control options (CVR/BVR). For challenging lighting conditions, it features 120 dB true Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) to help produce clear images against strong backlight. Image enhancement functions include BLC (backlight compensation), HLC (highlight compensation), defog and 3D DNR for cleaner, sharper visuals.
For video output, it offers multiple streams (main, sub, and third stream) to fit different viewing and recording requirements, and supports a fixed ROI region for the main stream. The camera supports mono audio with compression formats such as G.711, G.722.1, G.726, MP2L2 and AAC. On the event side, it includes basic motion detection and video tampering/alarm features, plus smart intrusion/line crossing/region entrance and exit detection.
The DS-2CD2D25G1-D/NF includes network protocol support for common enterprise and IoT systems (including RTSP, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, DDNS, NTP, IPv6 and more), and supports up to 15-channel simultaneous live view. Available lens variants are 2.8 mm (DS-2CD2D25G1-D/NF(2.8mm)) and 3.7 mm (DS-2CD2D25G1-D/NF(3.7mm)).
