DS-2CD2D45G1/M-D/NF Hikvision Box IP Camera

The Hikvision DS-2CD2D45G1/M-D/NF is a 4 MP mini network (IP) camera designed for clear, reliable surveillance. It uses a 1/3″ progressive scan CMOS sensor to deliver a maximum resolution of 2560 × 1440. For compression efficiency, the camera supports H.265/H.264, including H.265+ (H.265/H.264 main stream) to help reduce bandwidth and storage requirements.

To maintain image clarity in challenging lighting, the camera includes 120 dB true WDR, helping preserve detail when subjects are backlit. Additional image enhancement features include BLC and HLC, defog, and 3D DNR for cleaner, sharper images. Day/night switching is available (Day, Night, Auto, Schedule), supporting flexible operation across different lighting conditions.

Video is provided in multiple streams, allowing different resolutions and frame rates for recording and viewing, plus a third stream option for low-bandwidth monitoring. Networking capabilities are extensive, including RTSP, ONVIF/Open network video interface, and support for IPv6.

The camera also includes mono audio support, motion detection, video tampering alarms, and smart event analytics such as intrusion detection, line crossing detection, and region entrance/exiting detection. It features a compact zinc alloy body with RJ45 10/100 MHz Ethernet and 12 VDC power input, making it suitable for a wide range of indoor and outdoor surveillance applications.
