Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2CD2H166G3-IZSY is a 16MP AcuSense Powered by DarkFighter motorized varifocal turret network camera designed for detailed, reliable surveillance in challenging outdoor environments. Built around a 1/1.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor with a maximum resolution of 4608×3456, it delivers UHD-quality images suitable for wide-area monitoring with fine detail. Installation and framing are simplified by the integrated 2.8 to 12 mm motorized varifocal lens, offering a flexible field of view and smooth remote adjustments. For low-light performance, the camera uses Powered by DarkFighter technology and an IR illuminator with a range up to 40 m (850 nm), enabling effective day/night imaging.
To improve image clarity in difficult lighting, it supports 130 dB true WDR and provides enhancement features such as BLC, HLC, 3D DNR, defog, and distortion correction. The camera also includes deep learning-based smart analytics for perimeter protection, including line crossing, intrusion, and region entrance/exit, with alarm triggering support for human and vehicle targets. Audio and alarm interfaces are available, and the unit can record via network storage (NAS) with client support including iVMS-4200 and Hik-Connect.
With an IP67 weatherproof and IK10 vandal-resistant metal design plus anti-corrosion protection, this IP turret camera is built for long-term outdoor operation.
