The Hikvision DS-2CD2T87G2P-LSU/SL is an 8MP panoramic fixed bullet network camera designed for 24/7 color surveillance. Built on Hikvision ColorVu technology, it delivers vivid colorful images day and night using an F1.0 aperture lens and advanced sensor performance for improved utilization of available light. With a wide horizontal field of view of 180° and vertical field of view of 44°, the camera provides one comprehensive view covering all scenes within its coverage area.
For challenging lighting conditions, the camera supports 130 dB WDR to help maintain image clarity in strong backlight environments. Video is efficiently compressed using H.265+ technology to reduce bandwidth and storage requirements. The unit also includes intelligent deep-learning analytics for human and vehicle classification and supports perimeter protection functions such as line crossing, intrusion, region entrance, and region exiting.
To enhance deterrence and visibility at night, the camera supports an active strobe light and an audio alarm, and it features a white light illuminator with a supplementary range up to 40 m, along with smart supplement light control. The camera is engineered for reliable outdoor operation with an IP67 water and dust resistant rating and a built-in microphone and speaker for audio communication.
