Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2CD6944G1-IHS(U)Y is a 16MP 180° panoramic network (IP) camera designed for wide-area monitoring with detailed clarity. It delivers a stitched panoramic view that covers the full field of view presented by the camera, making it suitable for video wall applications and broad scene surveillance.
For flexible remote positioning, the camera supports motorized pan and tilt angle adjustment. Imaging performance is supported by a 1/1.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor, up to 4800 × 2688 maximum resolution, and color capture performance in low light environments with Hikvision DarkFighter technology. An integrated IR illuminator with 850 nm wavelength provides supplementary illumination up to 20 m.
Built for demanding outdoor installations, the unit includes a built-in heater and supports ultra-low temperature startup down to -40 °C (-40 °F). The camera is rated IP67 for water and dust resistance and IK10 for vandal resistance, making it appropriate for public-facing and harsh environments.
