Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2CE57H8T-VPITF is a 5MP fixed vandal dome Turbo HD analogue camera designed for demanding outdoor surveillance. It uses a 5MP CMOS image sensor with a maximum resolution of 2560(H) × 1944(V), delivering high-detail video for day and night monitoring. For low-light scenes, the camera supports ultra-low illumination down to 0.003 lux at F1.6 (AGC ON) and provides zero-lux black-and-white operation when infrared is active. EXIR 2.0 advanced infrared technology supplies illumination up to 30 m, supporting consistent visibility at night.
To handle challenging lighting conditions, the camera features 130 dB true WDR for clear imaging against strong backlight. Image quality is further improved with 3D DNR (noise reduction) to help deliver clean and sharp images. Additional image controls include WDR/BLC, privacy masking, and smart IR features.
The camera is built for harsh environments: it is water and dust resistant with IP67 protection and vandal resistant with IK10 impact rating. A fixed lens version is available in 2.8 mm, 3.6 mm, and 6 mm focal lengths, with selectable Turbo HD video output modes via the 4-in-1 switch (TVI/AHD/CVI/CVBS) and support for a 1 HD analog output.
Designed for fixed installations, it operates on 12 VDC (max. 5.8 W) and supports motion detection with four programmable areas.
