The Hikvision DS-2CV2Q21G1-IDW (W) is a 2 MP indoor fixed PT Wi‑Fi network camera designed for clear monitoring with built-in audio and smart motion features. It supports mobile monitoring through the Hikvision mobile application and provides simultaneous live view of up to 4 channels. For flexible installation, the camera offers Wi‑Fi connectivity with WPA‑PSK/WPA2‑PSK encryption and a wireless range up to 50 m (performance varies by environment).
Video performance reaches up to 1920 × 1080 resolution with 50 Hz up to 25 fps and 60 Hz up to 30 fps. The camera uses H.265/H.264 compression and supports dual-stream video for efficient bandwidth management (video bit rate up to 1 Mbps). For challenging lighting, it includes DWDR (digital WDR) and 3D DNR to deliver clean, sharp images with reduced noise.
Audio is built in, with a microphone and speaker enabling two-way audio using G.711 or AAC-LC compression. Event detection includes motion detection with support for alarm triggering by specified target type (human). The camera also supports on-board storage with a microSD card slot supporting up to 512 GB.
