DS-2DE2204IW-DE3(S6) Hikvision PTZ Dome IP Camera

The Hikvision DS-2DE2204IW-DE3(S6) is a 2MP network IR mini PTZ camera designed for indoor security in environments such as malls, stores, factories, and entrances/exits. It delivers high quality imaging with a 1/2.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor and supports up to 1920 × 1080 maximum resolution. For challenging lighting conditions, the camera includes 120 dB WDR, helping maintain clear detail against strong back light, and features HLC, BLC, and 3D DNR.

For flexible monitoring, the lens provides 4× optical zoom (2.8 to 12 mm) plus up to 16× digital zoom. PTZ performance includes 350° pan rotation and 0° to 90° tilt, with configurable pan/tilt speeds and 300 presets for quick scene selection. PTZ functions also include park action (preset and patrol scan), 3D positioning, scheduled tasks such as preset and dome reboot/adjust, and preset freezing.

Night monitoring is supported by IR illumination with an up to 30 m IR distance. The camera also includes built-in audio capability with a microphone and a speaker, enabling local audio capture and playback. Connectivity is built around IP network streaming with H.265/H.264/MJPEG compression, support for multiple streams, and microSD onboard storage up to 256 GB. Smart features include motion detection and video tampering alarms, plus intrusion/line crossing/region entrance/exit detection and additional smart events.
