Hikvision DS-2DE3404W-DE(T5) is a 4 MP network mini PTZ dome camera designed for easy installation, adjustment and maintenance. Powered by PoE or 12 VDC, it supports remote monitoring and event-driven recording for improved outdoor security. The camera uses a 1/2.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor to deliver 4 MP real-time resolution and includes 120 dB WDR for clear imaging against strong back lighting.
With pan and tilt control plus 4× optical zoom (16× digital), the DS-2DE3404W-DE(T5) helps you cover zones of interest in expansive areas by moving the camera and tightening focus on subjects. It also supports advanced day/night operation with an IR cut filter for more consistent performance across lighting conditions.
The camera includes smart detection features such as intrusion detection, line crossing detection, region entrance/exiting detection, motion detection, and exception handling including object removal and unattended baggage detection. Key events and objects can be recorded to support further forensic needs.
For durability, the DS-2DE3404W-DE(T5) is rated IP66 and includes surge/lightning protection. It supports multiple video streams, H.265/H.264 compression, up to 20 simultaneous live-view channels, and network storage with NAS (NFS/SMB/CIFS). Built-in memory card support (up to 256 GB via microSD) provides flexible recording options.
