The Hikvision DS-2DE3A404IWG-E is a 4MP 4× IR network PTZ camera designed for reliable day and night monitoring in indoor or outdoor environments such as corridors, offices, convenience stores, and restaurants. It delivers a maximum resolution of 2560 × 1440 and supports auto, semi-auto, and manual focus. With 4× optical zoom (plus 16× digital zoom), the camera can bring subjects closer for clearer identification across wider areas.

For night performance, the camera features IR illumination with an IR distance of up to 50 m, alongside Hikvision’s powered-by-DarkFighter low-light technology for improved sensitivity in challenging lighting conditions. Visibility is further supported by 120 dB WDR technology, helping maintain clear images against strong back lighting.

PTZ control capabilities include pan movement from 0° to 350° and tilt movement from 0° to 90°, with configurable pan/tilt speeds and 300 presets. The camera supports patrol scans (8 patrols, up to 32 presets per patrol), 3D positioning, scheduled tasks, and power-off memory.

The model also includes audio visual alarm functionality with built-in microphone and speaker, and smart perimeter protection deep-learning features such as line crossing, intrusion, region entrance/exit detection, with alarm triggering for specified human and vehicle targets.
