Product Overview
Hikvision DS-2DE4425IW-DE(T5) is a 4MP network IR speed dome designed for long-distance, high-detail monitoring over expansive areas. Using a 1/2.8-inch progressive scan CMOS sensor, it delivers a maximum resolution of 2560 × 1440 for clear viewing of wide scenes such as rivers, roads, railways, airports, squares, parks, scenic spots, and venues. The camera supports a powerful 25× optical zoom (with 16× digital zoom), enabling close-up inspection while maintaining coverage of large environments.
For low-light performance, the device is powered by DarkFighter technology and includes IR illumination with an effective distance up to 100 m, supporting color/black-and-white operation with an IR cut filter for day/night switching. The dome also supports H.265+/H.265 video compression to help reduce bandwidth and storage requirements.
Built for smart detection, Hikvision AcuSense deep learning focuses on human and vehicle classification, improving alarm efficiency and effectiveness at the front and back end. It also supports face capture, detecting up to 5 faces simultaneously and outputting the best face picture during motion. Additional functionality includes privacy masks, ROI (region of interest), digital defog, EIS image stabilization, and a comprehensive set of PTZ features such as 300 presets and 360° pan movement.
With PoE (802.3at) support and an operating temperature range of -30 °C to 65 °C, the DS-2DE4425IW-DE(T5) is suitable for reliable outdoor installation in demanding environments.
