Product Overview
Hikvision DS-2DE5232W-AE3(T5) is a 5-inch 2MP Powered-by-DarkFighter network speed dome PTZ camera designed for wide-area, high-definition surveillance. Built around a 1/2.8-inch progressive scan CMOS sensor, it captures up to 1920 × 1080 resolution for clear detail across expansive scenes. With a 32× optical zoom lens (plus 16× digital zoom), the dome can move from wide overviews to close-up identification-ready views without sacrificing coverage.
For challenging lighting conditions, the camera supports advanced image technologies including WDR (120 dB), HLC and BLC, 3D DNR, digital defog, and regional exposure/regional focus controls. It also includes day/night operation with an IR cut filter.
The DS-2DE5232W-AE3(T5) is built for flexible integration and efficient video transmission. It offers H.265+/H.265 compression (plus H.264 options) to reduce bandwidth and storage usage, with multi-stream support for different viewing needs. PTZ performance includes 360° pan rotation, -5° to 90° tilt (auto flip), and up to 300 presets, with patrol/pattern scanning and preset freezing.
For deployment, the unit supports 24 VAC and PoE (802.3at), includes network storage options (NAS/ANR), and supports Hikvision platforms such as iVMS-4200, HikCentral Pro, and Hik-Connect.
