The Hikvision DS-2DE7A225IWG-EB/SL is a 2 MP, IR network speed dome PTZ designed for high-definition monitoring over expansive outdoor areas. It uses a 1/2.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor to deliver a maximum resolution of 1920 × 1080 and supports up to 60 fps under certain settings. For demanding low-light environments, the camera features powered-by-DarkFighter technology for improved image performance at night, while IR illumination provides visibility in darkness.
With a powerful 25× optical zoom lens (and 16× digital zoom), the dome can capture close-up detail while maintaining situational awareness across wide scenes. Its focus is tuned for human and vehicle target classification using deep learning, improving alarm efficiency and effectiveness by helping distinguish relevant targets.
The DS-2DE7A225IWG-EB/SL integrates deterrence features including a built-in strobe light flashing capability effective up to 100 meters. It also supports an expansive night view with IR distance up to 200 meters. On the imaging side, it offers features such as WDR 120 dB, EIS image stabilization, digital defog, and enhanced noise reduction options.
Designed for flexible deployments, it includes 360° pan, tilt from -15° to 90° (auto flip), up to 300 presets, and advanced PTZ scheduled tasks such as patrol and pattern scans. The system supports PoE (Hi-PoE) and robust network and security functions for modern surveillance applications.
