Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2DF6C225IWG1-EL(W) is a 2MP network PTZ speed dome designed for long-range monitoring over expansive outdoor areas. Built around a 1/2.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor, it delivers up to 1920 × 1080 resolution and provides 25× optical zoom with an additional 16× digital zoom for detailed views at distance. For low-light scenes, the camera features powered-by-DarkFighter 2.0 technology and an IR illuminator with a maximum IR distance of up to 250 m. It also uses 120 dB AWDR technology for clearer imaging against strong backlight.
Designed for demanding installations, the dome supports a wide PTZ movement range with pan 360° continuous and tilt from -20° to 90° (auto flip). It includes up to 300 presets and supports multiple patrol/pattern scan and scheduled tasks. The camera supports face capture to detect, capture, grade, and select faces in motion, alongside perimeter protection and multi-target detection for humans, faces, and vehicles.
Connectivity and security are geared toward modern IP systems: it supports IPv4/IPv6, HTTPS, 802.1x authentication, and standard Hikvision client software including HikCentral, iVMS-4200, and Hik-Connect. With rugged protection rated IP67 and IK10 (excluding glass window), plus options like a heater, wiper support, and built-in memory card slot (up to 256 GB), it is suitable for transport corridors, ports, airports, parks, stations, and other large venues.
