Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2DF8C260I5XG1-ELW is a 2MP Ultra-series IP Speed Dome PTZ network camera designed for long-range monitoring with exceptional low-light performance. It uses a 1/1.2″ progressive scan CMOS sensor and delivers up to 1920 × 1080 resolution. For night operation, it leverages DarkFighter 2.0 technology and provides a laser illuminator with a stated range of up to 500 m, supporting clear detail in very low illumination (0.0001 Lux in B/W with AGC ON, and 0 Lux with the laser). The lens offers 60× optical zoom with 16× digital zoom, giving wide-to-tele flexibility for observing expansive areas and then zooming in for close-up views. Imaging performance is enhanced by 150 dB AWDR, helping maintain clarity against strong backlight conditions.
Built for outdoor deployments, the dome is rated IP67 for water and dust resistance and IK10 for vandal resistance (excluding the glass window). It supports intelligent features including face capture (detect, capture, grade, and select faces in motion), perimeter-related deep learning functions (line crossing and intrusion), and road traffic detection such as vehicles and motorcycles in checkpoint scenarios. The camera also includes PTZ control features like 3D positioning, 300 presets, and smart pan-tilt correction to improve tracking accuracy during movement.
