Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2DF8C435MHS-DELW is a 4MP IP network PTZ speed dome designed for long-range monitoring over expansive areas. It uses a dual 1/1.8-inch progressive scan CMOS sensor and delivers a maximum resolution of 2560 × 1440. For low-light performance, the camera features DarkFighterX technology, with 0 Lux operation available when used with IR illumination.
With a 35× optical zoom lens (plus 16× digital zoom), the dome can zoom in on distant details, supporting close-up coverage across wide outdoor spaces such as roads, railways, airports, ports, parks, scenic spots, and large venues. The illuminator includes hybrid supplemental light with IR reach up to 300 m, supported by smart IR for consistent performance.
On the image processing side, it offers 140 dB WDR for challenging lighting conditions and includes 3D DNR, HLC, BLC, EIS (electronic image stabilization), and optical defog for clearer results in adverse weather. PTZ capabilities include 360° endless pan, tilt from -20° to 90° with auto flip, fast configurable pan/tilt speeds, 300 presets, and patrol/pattern scan functions.
For advanced analytics, it supports face capture (detect, track, capture, grade, and select faces in motion) and road traffic detection for vehicle monitoring. Efficient compression (H.265+/H.265) helps optimize bandwidth for network video surveillance.
