Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2DF8C835MHS-DELW is an 8MP network speed dome PTZ camera designed for high-detail surveillance over wide outdoor areas. Featuring a 1/1.2″ progressive scan CMOS sensor and an 8MP maximum resolution (3840 × 2160), it delivers clear imagery across large scenes such as roads, railways, airports, ports, squares, parks, scenic spots, stations and other large venues.
With a powerful 35× optical zoom lens (and 16× digital zoom), the camera provides close-up views while maintaining coverage of expansive environments. Low-light performance is enhanced by DarkFighterX technology, alongside IR illumination with a 300m IR distance for long-range night observation.
For challenging lighting conditions, the camera supports 140 dB WDR, 3D DNR, HLC, BLC, defog and EIS (electronic image stabilization). Compression efficiency is supported by H.265+/H.265, helping reduce bandwidth and storage usage.
The DS-2DF8C835MHS-DELW also supports advanced functions including face capture (detect, capture, grade and select faces in motion) and road traffic vehicle detection (with recognition of license plate number, vehicle model and vehicle color). The housing is rated IP67 for water and dust resistance, suitable for harsh outdoor deployments.
