The Hikvision DeepinView X DS-2DF8C842IXG2/LM-ELWY is an 8MP network PTZ speed dome built for long-range monitoring and clear imaging in challenging lighting. Featuring a 1/1.2″ progressive scan CMOS sensor and up to 3840 × 2160 maximum resolution, the camera delivers high-detail video suitable for perimeter and wide-area surveillance. For low-light performance, it uses DarkFighter 2.0 technology and an IR illuminator with a supplement light range of up to 400 m, enabling detailed night visibility.
Optical reach is provided by a 42× optical zoom lens (with 16× digital zoom), while advanced optical and imaging technologies such as 140 dB AWDR and optical defog help maintain clarity under strong backlight and adverse weather or haze conditions. PTZ mechanics include smart pan-tilt correction for improved pointing accuracy, 360° pan movement and -20° to 90° tilt with auto flip, and 300 presets for fast deployment.
