Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2SF8C442MXG1-EL(W)(Y)/14 is a high-performance TandemVu 8C Series 4MP 42X PTZ speed dome designed for wide-area surveillance with detailed imaging. It features a dual-channel approach: a 4MP bullet channel and a 4MP PTZ channel, both capable of high-resolution capture up to 2688 × 1520. For all-day monitoring, the device supports 24/7 colorful imaging with DarkFighter 2.0 technology, delivering excellent low-light performance.
For long-distance viewing, the PTZ channel offers 42× optical zoom and 16× digital zoom, with lens focal length of 6 to 252 mm. The system provides extensive coverage through pan rotation up to 360° and tilt ranging from -20° to 90° (bullet channel tilt adjustable from 7° to 17°). Night visibility is enhanced by smart supplementary lighting, supporting white light up to 30 m and IR up to 300 m.
The dome is built for harsh environments with an IP67 weather rating and IK10 vandal resistance (excluding the glass window), plus features such as WDR and defog for improved image quality. It also supports deep learning functions including perimeter protection and face capture/recognition, and offers multiple streams, advanced video compression (H.265/H.265+), audio alarm capabilities, and robust networking/security features (ONVIF and TPM 2.0).
