The Hikvision DS-2XS6A46G1/P-IZS/C36S80 is a 4MP solar-powered ANPR bullet network camera kit designed for locations where running Ethernet and power cables is difficult, or where installations face harsh environmental conditions. Built for reliable outdoor monitoring, it combines an 80 W photovoltaic panel with a 360 Wh rechargeable lithium battery system to support autonomous operation. The camera delivers clear imaging in challenging lighting with 120 dB true WDR, helping maintain detail against strong backlight.
Powered by deep learning, Hikvision AcuSense technology focuses on human and vehicle target classification to improve alarm efficiency and effectiveness. For traffic and access use cases, the camera supports road traffic and vehicle detection with embedded license plate capture and recognition. It can perform plate capture and recognition using on-board deep learning algorithms, and provides blocklist/allowlist for plate categorization and separate alarm triggering. The system also supports LPR across multiple countries/regions with a reported license plate recognition rate of at least 97% and capture rate of at least 95%.
For connectivity, the camera supports LTE-TDD/LTE-FDD/WCDMA/GSM 4G wireless transmission using a Micro SIM card, enabling flexible deployment without wired network infrastructure. The device is water and dust resistant with an IP66 rating and includes IR supplemental lighting (with ranges up to 30 m for the 2.8–12 mm lens option).
