Product Overview
The Hikvision DS-2XS6K01-C36S80 Solar Power Kit is designed to provide a complete solar power solution for compatible Hikvision solar-powered security camera systems. It features an 80 W photovoltaic panel paired with a 360 Wh chargeable lithium battery (90 Wh per battery module). The system supports advanced battery management functions including battery display, protection for high/low temperatures, charge/discharge protection, low-battery sleep protection, and remote wakeup.
For installation flexibility, the kit includes an RS-485 interface (half duplex) intended to connect to a Hikvision Solar Power 4G Network Camera Kit. Power output is rated at 9 to 12.6 VDC with a maximum of 30 W using two Ø 5.5 mm coaxial power plugs.
Built for outdoor deployment, the kit is water and dust resistant with an IP66 protection rating, and it is rated for wind resistance up to a 12-level standard, supporting wind speeds up to 40 m/s. The battery charging/discharging operating temperature ranges are listed from -20 °C to 45 °C for charging and -20 °C to 60 °C for discharging. The battery is specified for more than 500 cycles, supporting reliable long-term operation.
Dimensions are 640.4 mm × 735.9 mm × 760 mm after full assembly, with an approximately 24 kg kit weight (and about 30.005 kg with packaging).
