Product Overview
The Hikvision iDS-2CD7046G2-AP DeepinView 4MP varifocal box IP camera delivers high-quality imaging with a 1/1.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor and a maximum resolution of 2688 × 1520. Designed for security and long-term reliability, it supports advanced image processing including 150 dB AWDR for clear detail in challenging lighting and DarkFighter 2.0 for excellent low-light performance. For efficient recording and storage, it uses H.265+ compression (with H.265/H.264 options) and provides five configurable streams to suit different application needs.
Built-in audio support includes a built-in microphone for real-time audio security, and the camera also provides 1-line input/output and alarm I/O for integration with external devices. It includes on-board microSD storage (up to 1 TB) and supports up to 20 channels of simultaneous live view, along with ONVIF interoperability (Profiles S/G/T/M). The iDS-2CD7046G2-AP is powered via 12 VDC or PoE (802.3at).
Deep learning functions enable rich perimeter and analytics capabilities: face capture (up to 120 faces simultaneously with best/quick shot), perimeter protection (line crossing, intrusion, region entrance/exit), multi-target-type detection (face, human body, vehicle), and advanced people counting and queue management. Additional features include heat map generation, PPE detection (hard hat), activity analysis (smoking and phone calls), and Face Comparison with encrypted face libraries.
