The Hikvision DeepinView iDS-2CD71C6G2-IZ(H)S(Y) is a 12MP IP motorized varifocal dome camera designed for advanced perimeter and activity analytics. Featuring a 1/1.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor with up to 4000 × 3000 resolution, it delivers high-detail imaging with a 16:9 aspect ratio. For challenging lighting conditions, the camera supports 120 dB AWDR and offers excellent low-light performance using DarkFighter 2.0. Efficient H.265+ compression helps reduce bandwidth and storage requirements while supporting up to five simultaneous video streams for flexible deployments.
Built-in Deep Learning functions support face capture and best-shot selection, multi-target-type detection (face, human body, vehicle), and perimeter protection including line crossing, intrusion, region entrance and region exiting. It also supports advanced people counting and queue management, including regional people counting, heat map visualization, and activity analytics such as smoking and phone-call detection. PPE detection can trigger alarms if hard hats or reflective clothing are not worn.
For audio and situational awareness, the camera includes a built-in dual-microphone and speaker for real-time audio security. Connectivity and security are supported with comprehensive network protocols and encryption options, while the rugged design offers IP67 vandal-resistant protection with IK10 durability and optional corrosion-resistant NEMA 4X (-Y).
