Product Overview
The Hikvision iDS-2CD7587G0-XZHS(Y) is an 8MP DarkFighterS DeepinView varifocal dome network camera designed for high-quality imaging and intelligent security analytics. Featuring a 1/1.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor with maximum resolution of 3840 × 2160, the camera supports excellent low-light performance enabled by DarkfighterS technology. For scene contrast in challenging lighting, it provides 120 dB true WDR to deliver clearer images against strong backlight.
For efficient video delivery, the camera uses H.265+ compression (with H.265/H.264 support) and supports multiple streams (up to five streams) to suit different recording and monitoring scenarios. It also includes PTRZ capability for efficient installation. The hybrid illuminator supports IR (850 nm) and white light supplementation, with smart supplementary light to help maintain image quality in varying conditions.
Beyond imaging, the camera includes embedded deep learning functions such as Face Capture (best shot/quick shot capture modes), Face Comparison (face libraries and encryption), Perimeter Protection (line crossing, intrusion, region entrance/exit), and Multi-Target-Type Detection (face, human body, vehicle). People counting features cover multi-dimension counting, queue management with reporting and raw data export, regional people counting with congestion level reporting, heat map generation, and Hard Hat Detection. Built for tough environments, the dome is rated IP67 and vandal resistant IK10, making it suitable for outdoor and demanding installations.
