Product Overview
The Hikvision iDS-2CD8A46G0-IZ/UH is a 4MP DeepinView Series motorized varifocal bullet network camera designed for reliable surveillance in harsh environments. It uses a 1/1.8″ progressive scan CMOS sensor and supports a maximum resolution of 2688 × 1520. The camera delivers excellent low-light performance with Hikvision DarkFighter technology, and includes an IR illuminator for night imaging, with IR supplementation up to 50 meters.
For flexible lensing and scene coverage, the camera features a motorized lens with a focal length range of 2.8 to 12 mm. It provides a wide horizontal field of view of 110° to 46.2° (vertical 59.6° to 26.2°) and supports automatic, semi-automatic, or manual focus. To address backlight conditions, the camera offers 140 dB WDR, along with common image enhancement functions such as BLC, HLC, 3D DNR, distortion correction, and defog.
For efficient recording and streaming, the camera supports H.265+ compression technologies to save bandwidth and storage, and offers multiple streams (up to five) with selectable frame rates. Network features include ONVIF support, simultaneous live view up to 20 channels, and compatibility with Hik-Connect, iVMS-4200, and Hik-Central.
Built for long-term outdoor use, the camera provides IP67 weather and dust resistance and supports operation in extremely low temperatures as low as -60°C. It also includes AI Open Platform support and a Smart Supplement Light feature.
