The Hikvision iDS-2CD8A46G0-XZ(H)S(Y) DeepinView is a rugged IP multi-sensor bullet camera designed for advanced perimeter and traffic monitoring. It uses a dual-channel architecture: channel 1 delivers 4 MP (up to 2688 × 1520) for detailed area coverage, while channel 2 provides 4 MP (up to 2560 × 1440) for an additional panorama view. The camera supports powerful imaging features including 140 dB WDR to maintain clarity in challenging lighting and efficient H.265+ compression to reduce bandwidth and storage needs.
For low-light environments, the camera includes DarkFighter technology and ColorVu, supported by a hybrid illuminator (IR and white light) with an IR wavelength of 850 nm. Supplement light reach is rated up to 100 m on channel 1 and up to 30 m on channel 2, helping capture usable detail at distance. With 5 simultaneous streams, it can support a wide range of applications and system requirements.
Built for outdoor installation, the camera offers IP67 weather resistance and IK10 vandal resistance. Embedded deep learning functions include Face Capture, Face Comparison, Perimeter Protection (line crossing, intrusion, and region entrance/exit), and Road Traffic & Vehicle detection with license plate capture and recognition. The product also supports network security features such as HTTPS encryption, 802.1X authentication, and TLS 1.2/1.3 for data protection.
